Tommy Davis is a native of the Birmingham area.  Tommy grew up in Shelby County and attended high school there before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.  During college, Tommy worked several jobs including bank teller, department store salesperson and notably, a caller for the Auburn Annual Fund--invaluable telephone experience that has translated nicely into the collections industry.

Tommy attended law school in Birmingham, Alabama at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He was awarded several merit scholarships, nominated for "Best Brief" in his Research and Legal Writing class,  received the Jurisprudence Book Award and was recognized as a Scholar of Merit in Employment Law.  Tommy was also asked to write for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was named to the Dean's List multiple semesters. 

Tommy now lives in the Birmingham suburb of Mountain Brook and in his spare time enjoys reading autobiographies and collecting celebrity memorabilia.
